General Programming Badge


The General Programming Badge (aka the “GP Badge”) lets you check out all the great Festival Programming you know and love during Season 11 (June 2 – 5, 2022).

You’ll have access to our General Programming Screenings and Panels happening between 10 am – 5 pm daily, three (3) Fast Passes, and access to Evening Marquee Programming. There are a limited number of GP Badges available and we expect to sell out. So make sure to get yours today!

GP Badges do not guarantee entry to any single screening, panel, or event, only admission up to capacity, so we advise our attendees not to purchase a Badge for a single event or individual.

If you only want to see one person, you may very well be disappointed. We do our best to prevent changes in programming, however schedules can change or an opportunity to see that one person simply may not arise. Instead, come because you like a few of the series and attendees, and ultimately because you love TV and you’d like to learn about it, discover new shows, and emerge from the festival with a new group of TV-loving friends like yourself!


While ATX TV Credentials are non-refundable, if you bought a badge and are unable to attend, you can transfer your badge to another person until May 6, 2022 with a $25 service charge.

To transfer your badge to another attendee, please contact our ticketing partners at Include your Festival Badge confirmation number, as well as the name and email of the new Badgeholder.

We are unable to accept badge transfers after May 6, 2022, and no two (2) badges will be printed with the same name, so make a point to get any transfers taken care of promptly!


You must be 18 years or older to purchase an ATX TV Festival Credential, as some content may not be suitable for anyone under the age of 18.

Attendees between 12 and 17 years of age are allowed to attend ATX TV Festival, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times, and both must have official ATX TV Festival Credential for the event they would like to attend. Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend Festival Programming or Events.

Season 11 Programming will kick off on Thursday, June 2, 2022 and ATX Registration will open on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. We recommend arriving early and checking in so you don’t get stuck in the rush.

To help you have the best festival ever, with your GP Badge, you have access to our Fast Pass reservation system to help secure seats to the Programming you’re most excited about.


Fast Pass reservations are made through the Prekindle lottery system and you’ll receive more info about the lottery process when we’re closer to the Festival. But here’s how it works – in May, you’ll have a window of time where you’ll submit eight (8) different panel or screening preferences in order of priority through the Prekindle’s selection form. The system randomly sets a selection order, and don’t worry – the time at which you submit your selections doesn’t affect your assigned Fast Passes. Fast Passes are assigned one at a time and give each GP Badgeholder their three (3) highest available selections.

Important note — you are only guaranteed three (3) Fast Passes if, and only if, you follow the guidelines and submit eight (8) different panels/screenings by the lottery deadline. If you submit less than eight different selections, you are not guaranteed three (3) Fast Passes. And pro tip, submitting the same piece of programming eight times in no way increases your chances of getting that Fast Pass – all eight will just count as one submission.


In order to utilize your Fast Pass, you MUST arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to secure a seat. Don’t be tardy because if you arrive less than 20 minutes before the scheduled start time, your Fast Pass is voided.

Fast Passes don’t take up the whole theater/venue capacity – only about a third of a venue can be reserved in the Fast Pass System, thus if you didn’t get a Fast Pass to something, NEVER FEAR! You can still attend!! Your GP Badge grants you access to attend as much General Programming as you would like – Fast Passes were created to alleviate stress and give our attendees peace of mind to a limited number of individually prioritized events.

Having said all of this, friendly reminder that all seating is first-come, first-served (unassigned), and GP Badges aren’t guaranteed a seat in a particular venue, only admission up to capacity. We also often start seating up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to keep folks from waiting in line in the heat – so if you want your pick of seats, we recommend getting in line early!


From time to time, we offer flash sales, discounting ATX Credentials for a limited time. Flash sale offers cannot be combined with any other offer or discount code. As with any commercial transaction, there is always a chance that a purchased item will go on sale at some point in the future. Our Flash Sale Policy offers price protection in the form of a one-time, partial refund of the purchase price for those who purchased an ATX Credential(s) at full price (Camp Badge at $525 or General Programming “GP” Badge at $325) within seventy-two (72) hours of the start of a flash sale. ATX Credentials purchased with coupons or previous promotional discounts are not eligible for price protection.

To obtain a price adjustment on a qualified purchase, you must email us at within the seventy-two (72) hour window of a flash sale start date. Please include your name, order number, and when you purchased your Credential in the body of your message. The Flash Sale Policy price protection is not applicable to merchandise, entry fees, or any ATX Credential Walk Up Price (Camp Badge at $525 or General Programming “GP” Badge at $325).

Flash sale price adjustments are not the same as returns, and the Flash Sale Policy does not supersede ATX’s Refund Policy. All sales are final. All events are rain or shine, unless otherwise noted. All panelists, programming, times, and locations are subject to change without notice. No refunds are issued due to a performer or attraction being removed from a festival lineup.


The safety and health of the ATX TV Community is our top priority.

Based on public health guidelines, we have implemented various health and safety measures to provide all in attendance with the safest experience possible. The COVID-19 Community Level for the City of Austin, as defined by the CDC, is currently LOW.

ATX TV Festival requires attendees to be fully vaccinated (either 14 days have passed since receiving the second dose of FDA or WHO authorized, or emergency use authorized, double-dosed vaccines or single-dose vaccine), up to date on vaccines (received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible), OR provide a negative COVID-19 test that was taken within 72 hours of coming on-site.

You will be asked for proof of vaccination or negative test at ATX TV Festival Registration in order to receive your ATX TV Festival Credential. All forms of proof must match your ID, and you can bring/show:

Masks are encouraged, regardless of vaccination status, in indoor public spaces, and in some smaller indoor venues masks may be required for entry, so please make sure to have a mask handy at all times. Attendees should continue to wash their hands frequently and/or use hand sanitizer, and be mindful of social distancing when possible.

If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 prior to the Festival, please contact regarding your ATX TV Festival Credentials and make plans to stay home.

When you pick up your ATX TV Festival Credentials at Registration, you will sign a card acknowledging that you understand and agree to this Health & Safety Policy. By attending any in person ATX TV Festival Season 11 screenings, panels, or events, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks related to the exposure to COVID-19 and agree that you will not hold ATX TV liable for any illness that may result.

By purchasing you badge you agree to adhere to the Health & Safety Policy set by ATX TV, and understand that:

  • Failure to adhere to ATX TV policies (including, but not limited to, the Health & Safety Policy) will result in refusal to be admitted into any Festival events (including but not limited to screenings, panels, receptions, etc.)
  • No refunds will be given due to failure to adhere to ATX TV policies (including, but not limited to, the Health & Safety Policy).


The following Terms and Conditions apply to all ATX TV Credentials, including all In Person Festival Badges, Virtual Badges, Virtual Passes, and Special Event Tickets.

All sales are final. All events are rain or shine, unless otherwise noted. All panelists, programming, times, and locations are subject to change without notice. No refunds are issued due to a performer or attraction being removed from a festival lineup or an event changed from in person to virtual.

ATX TV Credentials do not guarantee admission to any particular event, panel, or screening. The capacity of each individual festival event, screening, and panel may be limited by the venue size, hosting platform, and/or sponsor requirements, and no refunds are issued due to unavailability due to capacity of a specific attraction or technical difficulties. In addition, some events may require RSVP and confirmation and/or require registrant meet certain health and safety guidelines such as proof of full vaccination for COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test.

ATX Television Festival Terms and Conditions:

  1. The ATX Television Festival, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ATX”) may, in its sole discretion and at any time, cancel or refuse any individual or entity the following: credentials, applications, purchases, or tickets. ATX will not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action.
    1. ATX does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Accordingly, any and all payments made to ATX are not refundable for any reason, including, without limitation, failure or inability to use ATX credentials due to illness, positive Covid-19 test, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, technical difficulties, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.
    2. If the ATX Television Festival is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you may defer your ATX TV Credentials to the next ATX Television Festival. If the ATX Television Festival is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your ATX TV Credentials, you will have no remedy against ATX, at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or ATX was advised of the same.
    3. If the ATX Television Festival in its entirety is postponed for any reason, your ATX TV Credentials will be valid for the rescheduled dates in the same calendar year. If the ATX Television Festival in its entirety is postponed for any reason, you agree that aside from your ATX TV Credentials being valid for the rescheduled dates, you will have no remedy against ATX at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or ATX was advised of the same.
    4. Unused ATX TV Credentials, applications, and special event tickets have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. ATX will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the ATX office.
    5. Lost or stolen badges, passes, or tickets will not be replaced. New ATX TV credentials will need to be purchased for continued access to all festival events, including screenings, panels, events and all festival content.
    6. ATX reserves the right to revoke an ATX TV Credential for any reason (for example, if anyone other than the authorized individual tries to use a badge, pass, or ticket, or if you violate the ATX Code of Conduct). ATX will not issue refunds, deferrals, or credits for ATX TV Credentials that have been revoked.
  1. There is a $25 processing fee to change the name on any ATX TV Credential, and all changes must be submitted by May 6, 2022.
  2. ATX TV Credentials are issued by email to registered individuals using a unique login/ID and are non-transferable. Accordingly, you agree not to share, sell, or trade logins with anyone else. If ATX determines that you have violated this policy, ATX may cancel your access, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future ATX events.
  3. ATX TV Credentials may not be used as a prize in any form of contest, game, or sweepstakes without written pre-approval from ATX in each instance.
  4. You acknowledge and agree that ATX, or others on behalf of ATX, may record, film, live stream, photograph and/or otherwise capture screenings, panels, and events, which materials may capture your image, voice, statements and/or likeness. By attending or participating in the ATX Television Festival, you give ATX permission to (and to authorize others to) distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such materials including your image, likeness, voice and statements for any purpose without compensation or credit to you, in any and all media now or hereafter known.
  5. Registrants may not record or broadcast audio or video of any panels, screenings, events, or festival content nor take photographs or screenshots of any festival content. Violation of this policy may result in immediate revocation of your ATX TV Credentials.
  6. ATX Television Festival registrants are expected to behave responsibly and to treat each other – and treat the community – with respect, kindness, and compassion. ATX reserves the right, without refund, to revoke the credentials of registrants whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disorderly, disruptive, or offensive by ATX or the local authorities.
  7. You represent and warrant to ATX that you have full authority to complete this registration on your behalf and/or any other party you register, including full authority to make use of the credit card or debit card to which registration fees will be charged.
  8. You understand that participating in the ATX Television Festival is voluntary and may involve certain risks of physical injury, damage to property, and other damages are losses that you may sustain. You assume all risk of damages, property loss, and personal injury which may occur by participating in the ATX Television Festival.
  10. You agree to indemnify and hold ATX and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and representatives harmless from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including, but not limited to, costs and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the registration(s), ATX TV Credentials, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  11. The Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. You and ATX hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in Austin, Texas and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder.
  12. You have read and understand Prekindle’s Terms of Use ( and Privacy Policy (, which are hereby incorporated by this reference.
  13. You unconditionally agree to be bound by any and all terms and conditions contained herein and/or referenced herein and any additions, changes and/or modifications thereof, which may be made from time to time without prior notice to you. Any updates to these Terms & Conditions will be posted to the ATX Television Festival website.
  14. If any term or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect, such term or provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible so as to effect the intent of the parties hereto, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. ATX’s failure to insist upon or enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

The ATX TV Code of Conduct applies to all ATX Television Festival events, physical and virtual, all our physical venues, and anyone who engages with our social media channels or virtual events. All ATX TV participants, including but not limited to attendees, staff, panelists, press, vendors, and volunteers will be held to the same standards.

If you engage with anyone in a disrespectful or inappropriate manner, or do not adhere to our Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to immediately remove or ban you from any ATX Television Festival event or platform, without refund (if applicable).

We do not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Intimidation / threats
  • Inappropriate disruption of events
  • Hurtful language
  • Physical assault of any kind
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwanted sexual attention
  • Unwanted photography or video recording
  • Bullying
  • Stalking

Especially in connection to:

  • Race or ethnicity
  • National origin
  • Gender identity or presentation
  • Sex or sexual orientation
  • Age
  • Disability, medical condition, or pregnancy
  • Religion
  • Citizenship status

So here’s the deal:

  • If you’re asked to stop any harassing behavior, stop it immediately.
  • If you experience or witness any form of harassment at a physical event, contact the nearest Staff member or Venue Manager to address the situation. To file a formal complaint regarding a physical or virtual event, email and provide detailed information about the situation and your contact info.
  • If at any time you feel unsafe in your immediate situation, alert a Staff member or Venue Manager, move to a safe location, and dial 911.

To keep our TV Camp vibe, here’s our basic rule of engagement: Be cool.

When attending any ATX TV physical events, Panelists are TV fans just like you, watching and talking about their work and favorite shows with other TV fans. Feel free to chat with them about the series you just watched, or a series (other than theirs) that you like, but please don’t crowd or swarm. Remember to be cool and give ’em space!

In addition, don’t ask Panelists to sign an enormous stack of pictures or memorabilia. Even taking pictures should be kept at a minimum, if at all – we know it’s hard, but take a mental picture of the awesome moment in time y’all are having. Be present and resist the urge to give them your business card or a DVD of the latest project you produced or script you wrote. We want to make TV Camp as relaxed and fun for them as possible, so they come back!

We’d also like you to be cool while interacting with other folks at the festival. While you, our wonderful attendees, are overwhelmingly friendly, patient, and accommodating — we ask that regardless of how popular the event or how great the excitement, you treat your fellow festival-goers kindness. Same goes for our amazing ATX Volunteers – they’re TV fans just like you, and work incredibly hard to make your festival experience one to remember!
