By purchasing an ATX TV Credential(s), you, and all additional Badgeholders and/or Passholders you are purchasing Credentials on behalf of, acknowledge and agree to all ATX TV Terms and Conditions and agree to adhere all ATX TV Policies, including our Health & Safety Policy and the ATX TV Code of Conduct.

All ATX TV Festival Credentials are non-refundable. ATX TV does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
